Qualifications

• Licensure in the state/s where the candidate will practice.
• Outstanding dexterity in handling animals during procedures.
• Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose problems.
• Treat and dress wounds.
• Perform surgery on animals.
• Vaccinate against diseases.
• Work closely with team members to provide care.

Skills

Education

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
