Job summary

CareVet Health is seeking Locum Veterinarians to join its Traveling DVM program across the United States. Premium pay option range $100–$135/hr, with flexible schedules and no rigid FTE commitment.

Choose rotations like 2 on/2 off (about 20 hours weekly) or 3 on/1 off, with locations rotating among community hospitals. Our DVMs access top diagnostic tools and support while retaining clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• Licensure in the state(s) where you will work.
• Excellent communication and animal handling skills.
• Ability to make quick clinical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care across diverse hospitals within CareVet network.
• Collaborate with hospital teams and support staff to ensure patient welfare.
