Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a Crew Member to perform outdoor maintenance on utility poles. The role involves extensive travel (upwards of 5 weeks at a time) and requires strict safety protocols.

You will work closely with Inspectors and Trainees to develop the necessary skills and perform duties such as digging holes, reporting defects, and maintaining tools. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 40 lbs, and pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors year-round in varying conditions.
• Excellent communication with Inspector team and crew.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify defects in poles and report findings.
• Maintain and calibrate job tools and equipment.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and tools safely.
• Dig holes to required specifications as directed.
• Collaborate with crew to ensure smooth operations.
