Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking Traveling Turbine Technicians for projects in the Orlando, FL area. This first shift role offers pay up to $36/hour based on experience and a per diem of $175/day for travelers 60+ miles from the job site.

Responsibilities include turbine inspection, disassembly/reassembly, alignment, measurements, and startup support while adhering to strict safety and plant procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting turbine components for wear, damage or leaks.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety, lockout/tagout and confined-space procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect turbine components for wear, damage, vibration, leaks, or abnormal conditions.
• Disassemble and reassemble turbines during maintenance outages.
• Align shafts, bearings, couplings and other rotating equipment.
