Job Description

This is a 100% travel position. Must live near a major airport hub.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and policies, referring issues to others when necessary for interpretation.
  • Interpret data and identify solutions, navigating various processes and procedures.
  • Advise on designing new processes and systems that meet professional standards.
  • Work on complex administrative processes and databases to develop and test procedures aligned with organizational needs.
  • Organize and prepare complex documents using standard office software; gather and summarize data for reports.
  • Build effective relationships within the organization, delivering high-quality services with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Act as first-line supervisor for a customer service team, helping achieve targets like productivity and turnaround times, handling complex issues.
  • Identify and escalate noncompliance with policies or regulations within the team.
  • Develop personal capabilities through training, coaching, and maintaining relevant certifications; stay informed on technology and industry best practices.

  • Support business processes independently, using standard office tools, and guide others.
  • Analyze data trends and develop reports to support decision-making.
