Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the US.
• Residence in one of the allowed states listed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown of trade show booths.
• Receive and manage customer submissions of collectibles.
• Assist customers with form completion and inquiries.
• Ensure proper handling and return of items.
• Maintain organized customer records and orders in POS systems.
