Responsibilities

Travel assignments with Key Rehab range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on location and need. Enjoy hourly pay along with stipends for housing and meals. You will collaborate with fellow Key Rehab employees to support staffing needs, cover FMLA absences, and assist with new program start‑ups.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates must be graduates of an accredited therapy program and hold an active therapy license in the state of practice.
• All job responsibilities must be performed in compliance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and in adherence to state and federal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in geriatric care, specifically in Long‑Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), or Home Health (HH)
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work effectively within a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the geriatric population and their unique needs
• Solid understanding of current Medicare billing regulations
