First Financial Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Teller I - Float at our San Angelo, TX location. This full-time role involves processing transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and adhering to bank policies while supporting multiple branches.

The position requires standing, some heavy lifting, and up to 50% travel to regional branches for training; periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions may be required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 months teller/cash handling experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong written/oral communication
