TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring a Traveling Laborer to support its Telecom Underground team. You will perform loading, delivery, digging and operate equipment while installing underground telecom cables and maintaining work areas.

The role requires the ability to work in all weather, communicate effectively with teammates, and meet basic safety standards. CDL or additional certifications are not required but preferred. Wage range shown; benefits available.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, delivery, digging and equipment operation.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with the team and complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration and work in all weather conditions.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with other duties as assigned.
