Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring a Traveling Drill Bores Foreman to oversee drilling operations for telecommunications infrastructure. You will be on-site, coordinating crew activities, reading drawings, and ensuring safe, efficient installation of cables and equipment.

The role requires a Class A CDL (tanker endorsement preferred) and 3+ years of drill bores experience in telecom/construction. Travel and field readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• 3+ years operating drill bores or related equipment in telecom/construction
• Ability to read engineering drawings and safety documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead job safety analysis for new sites
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and prints
• Draw prints or sketches and record field notes
• Safely operate drilling equipment and coordinate crew
• Determine bore paths and locate utilities
• Maintain and schedule equipment and tooling
• Resolve property owner issues and document work
• Work in all weather conditions
