TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations and provide leadership to Foremen and crews.

This role focuses on supervision, coordination of materials and labor, and timely reporting across assigned projects. Ideal candidates have utility construction crew leadership experience, proficiency with Excel and database tools, and the ability to travel locally with a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and database software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
• Class A CDL license is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members

• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience working with google applications is a plus

The wage range for Traveling Supervisor TelCom Construction is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.
