• Supervise onsite personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring they meet project standards.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to ensure reasonable costs and effective project management.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, adhering to original plans and specifications.
• Maintain daily logs, weekly reports, and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date.
• Maintain strict project schedules and take proactive measures to meet deadlines.
