Traveling Superintendent - Pre Engineered Metal Buildings

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with a background in commercial or industrial construction, particularly in structural steel or pre-engineered metal buildings. Our headquarters is in Madera, CA, but projects are nationwide.

Position Overview

As a Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality completion while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Monitor project progress and report to management
• Conduct site inspections for quality assurance
• Manage schedules and budgets
• Resolve construction issues
• Communicate with project teams and clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Experience with commercial, industrial, public works, pre-engineered metal buildings, and aviation projects is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year. Benefits include Vacation/PTO, ESOP, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and bonus potential.
