Are you a seasoned Superintendent with a passion for leading large-scale commercial construction projects across the country? We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join a top-tier general contractor specializing in high-profile, high-budget builds including data centers, cold storage facilities, high-rise developments, semiconductor plants, and EV manufacturing facilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
• Ensure top-quality execution, safety, and compliance with all building codes and regulations
• Serve as the on-the-ground leader, reporting progress and potential roadblocks to the project team
• Travel to job sites nationwide with accommodations and per diem provided

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in large commercial/industrial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, steel erection, MEP coordination, and vertical construction
• Proven success leading complex builds in sectors like data centers, cold storage, or advanced manufacturing
• Willingness to travel extensively and be on-site throughout the project lifecycle
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
