• 7+ years as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction.
• Minimum 5+ years leading hyperscale and/or colocation data center projects.
• Proven success executing highly technical, fast-track industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on mission-critical data center projects valued between $25M and $100M.
• Supervise subcontractors, craft labor, and trade partners to ensure safe, high-quality execution.
• Drive fast-track project delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule standards.
