Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects for high-end retail brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail construction and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities for high-end retail projects.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Lead and supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

Qualifications
