TrueBuild Partners is seeking a seasoned traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up construction projects across its Mountain West footprint. The role demands hands-on, in-field leadership with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction, and be willing to travel extensively within Mountain-zone states, delivering quality outcomes for banking centers, retail, and office builds.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years running jobs as a Superintendent in construction.
• Hands-on background with ground-up commercial work — banking centers, retail buildouts, or office construction.

Responsibilities

• Direct all day-to-day activity in the field, managing both subcontractors and internal jobsite crew.
• Assess site logistics and project scope, keeping safety compliance front and center.
• Keep projects tracking against schedule and budget through active progress monitoring.
• Act as the face of the company on-site, cultivating solid client rapport from project start to finish.
