Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to manage ground-up commercial projects in Juneau and Southeast Alaska. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in commercial construction, overseeing on-site operations while ensuring project safety and efficiency.

This role offers a competitive hourly compensation of $50-$58 and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, as well as paid time off and a 401k plan with company match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction with a general contractor.
• Experience delivering projects in the $15M+ range.
• Flexibility to travel or be based on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel for efficient execution.
• Maintain accurate field documentation, including daily logs and reports.
