Traveling Superintendent Federal

A highly-recognized general contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their federal construction division. Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for federal projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget
  • Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, contract requirements, and quality control standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, owners, and government stakeholders to ensure clear communication and progress
  • Proactively monitor schedules, resolve issues, and drive successful project completion
Requirements
  • 3+ years federal project experience
  • Strong knowledge of federal specifications, safety protocols, and quality control requirements
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractor performance
  • Willingness to travel with the ability to go home once a month
