Job summary

Rinvio is seeking traveling construction superintendents to support electrical and data center projects nationwide across the United States. The role is Full-Time, W-2, onsite with our client and involves travel. Pay ranges from $45–$65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.

Ideal candidates have strong general construction leadership, with electrical coordination experience preferred. Travel availability and the ability to coordinate multiple crews are essential for success on this

Qualifications

• Superintendent or comparable construction field leadership experience.
• Clear communication and the ability to coordinate multiple work activities.
• Electrical installation oversight or coordination of electrical scopes is especially valuable.
• Willingness and availability to travel for assignments.
• Applicants must currently be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities and coordinate crews and trades.
• Plan work sequences, monitor progress and communicate schedule needs.
• Support jobsite safety, quality inspections and issue resolution.
• Read construction drawings and coordinate field questions with project teams.
• Maintain field documentation and support punch lists and project closeout.
