Job summary

Compu Dynamics seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead field teams on complex, mission-critical data center projects. You will oversee sequencing, labor, safety, and turnover while mentoring field leaders and maintaining client confidence.

With 10+ years in construction and 5 years in supervision, you will coordinate with directors and managers, travel extensively, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence on high-stakes deployments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of commercial/general construction experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams on complex or mission-critical projects, aligning multiple leaders toward shared outcomes.
• Execute and adapt plans for complex projects, managing risk and sequencing constraints.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, coordination with clients, inspectors, and partners.
