Jobot is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead crews on commercial retail projects across the United States. This role requires strong field leadership, coordination with multiple trades, and frequent travel, with a compensation package including base pay and travel benefits.

The position offers a base salary in the $130k–$150k range, a bonus program, vehicle allowance, paid housing and per diem, and company-provided phone.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial electrical projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
• Ability to travel consistently for projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews of 10 to 15 or more team members.
• Oversee commercial new construction and renovation projects.
• Interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Coordinate installation of underground, overhead, and rough-in systems.
• Work closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and utility providers.
• Maintain project schedules and support budget adherence alongside the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance.
• Complete daily reports and weekly time tracking.
• Operate equipment such as trenchers, lifts, and forklifts.
