Position Overview The experienced Construction Superintendent will report to the Sr. Field Manager and coordinate and oversee all on‑site construction activities. Serving as the project site conductor, the Superintendent is responsible for orchestrating every phase of the build, ensuring teams, trades, vendors, and schedules are aligned for seamless execution. This role is critical in managing subcontractors, vendors, inspections, materials, and overall site safety to ensure that high‑quality, on‑time, and within‑budget delivery is achieved on commercial construction projects.
