Salary: $100,000-$120,000 based on experience

Bush Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role is key in ensuring projects are completed on schedule while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing subcontractor and supplier activities, serving as the onsite client contact, coordinating with internal teams and external clients on various project stages, and managing site inspections. The Traveling Superintendent will be a trusted member of the Bush team, ensuring our projects meet client needs.

What makes you successful in this position?

  • At least 8 years of experience in construction supervision or an equivalent combination of training, education, or related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods; familiar with craft agreements, estimating, scheduling, and safety protocols
  • Strong organizational, communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership experience with a drive to work with integrity and precision
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to various Midwest projects
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
