Responsibilities:

  • Ability to travel throughout the United States
  • Direct and resolve issues among subcontractors and vendors, addressing deficient work.
  • Utilize communication tools and interpret blueprints effectively.
  • Ensure health and safety on job sites and demonstrate physical endurance for site visits.
  • Handle customer service needs, resolving conflicts and responding promptly to feedback.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing.
  • Foster teamwork, offering and accepting feedback to support team success.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and organize resources.
  • Maintain professionalism, respect, and ownership of actions.
  • Ensure quality by being detail-oriented and applying feedback for improvement.
  • Observe safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and use equipment properly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of verifiable experience with comprehensive knowledge of trades and proficiency in computer literacy; construction industry experience preferred. Office experience in Master Builder and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) is also preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Capable of effectively communicating with groups of customers or organization employees.
  • Ability to travel throughout the United States
