Position Overview
As a Traveling Superintendent at Constructable, you’ll lead projects in remote locations for extended periods, typically in small cities across New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming, Texas, among others. You will oversee all on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing work schedules, coordinating job site activities, monitoring progress, and maintaining equipment and supplies. You will also ensure compliance with regulations and foster a productive team environment. Success requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective management.
