Traveling Superintendent Construction

A well-established commercial contractor with projects nationwide is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee interior build-outs for medical and restaurant projects across the United States. Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day job site activities and oversee all field operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure schedules are met
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve jobsite issues proactively
  • Lead project meetings, maintain daily reports, and communicate progress to project managers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Represent the company professionally while traveling and working with clients on-site

Requirements:
