ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 10+ years of construction leadership to manage day-to-day field operations on industrial projects. You will guide planning, scheduling, and coordination from project startup through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Applicants should have extensive ground-up industrial exposure, preferably in Northern California, and be adept with office software. A valid driver’s license is required.

ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with 10+ years of experience leading projects. As an ARCO/Murray Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to manage all day-to-day tasks associated with construction and field operations for your project from day one. Our goal is to empower you in the field and give you, as well as the rest of your Project team, all the tools you'll need to bring your project to completion on schedule, within budget, and per the project specifications!

Typical base compensation for the Superintendent role is between $110,000 and $180,000. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company
