About Our Client

My client is most well known for their repeat business and exceptional work. Based in the Twin Cities, they have quickly grown to be one of the most well respected General Contractors in the Midwest and are dedicated to grow the team on a National scale.

Job Description
  • 100% Travel (can be anywhere in the U.S. - project durations are typically 10 months to 12 months. Travel home every other weekend)
  • Run/manage project from start to finish
  • Oversee full construction project on a daily basis
  • Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
The Successful Applicant
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in construction field management/supervision
  • Experience in the commercial construction space is preferred
  • Partnership approach to working with contractors, designers and clients
  • MS Office Suite knowledge and excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in MS Project Scheduling
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team
  • Self-motivation with good time management skills
  • Travel is required
