Job summary

Jayco Talent seeks an Electrical Superintendent for a high-visibility semiconductor/missions-critical construction program in Boise, Idaho. You will lead electrical scopes, oversee crews up to 150–200 electricians at peak, and coordinate with PMs, engineers, and trade partners to deliver complex, high-reliability installations on aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical construction on large-scale commercial, industrial, or civil projects ($50M+)
• Proven ability to staff crews, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple trades
• Strong leadership in safety, manpower planning, and field execution

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support field teams including Foremen and General Foremen
• Ensure crews are properly staffed, resourced, and aligned with project requirements
• Interpret and manage drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and constructability issues
• Support preconstruction planning, scheduling, manpower forecasting, and procurement coordination
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction
• Coordinate daily with PMs, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and trade partners
• Manage electrical scopes including clean rooms, MV distribution, industrial systems, and mission-critical infrastructure
• Contribute to large-scale project execution with teams that may scale to 150–200 electricians at peak

This is a high‑visibility role for a Superintendent who thrives in fast‑paced, mission‑critical work and is ready to lead complex electrical scopes with precision, safety, and strong field leadership.

What You’ll Lead:

• Lead, mentor, and support field teams including Foremen and General Foremen

What You Bring:
