Job summary

Whatever You Need Consulting (WYN Consultants) in Columbus, OH is seeking motivated Structured Cabling Technicians to join our Field Services team. You will travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot structured cabling and telecommunications equipment, working with internal support and customers to meet high standards.

Ideal candidates are comfortable climbing, working at heights, and traveling up to 95% with overnight stays.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of consistent work experience.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Ability to obtain aerial lift certifications.
Ability to lift push safely, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Willingness to travel 95% nationwide, including extended overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot structured cabling and telecommunications equipment.
Collaborate with internal support teams and customers to complete projects safely and to the highest standards.
