Job summary

Precision Industrial Contractors (PIC) is seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our growing industrial construction team. This is a traveling position with project assignments throughout the United States. Travel is required, and job site locations vary based on project workload.

PIC offers competitive wages, per diem, travel pay, and project completion per diem for qualifying projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with FCAW and SMAW welding processes.
• Ability to read structural drawings and welding symbols.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel members per drawings and welding symbols.
• Fabricate and assemble structural components.
• Perform layout, fitting, and tack welding of steel members.
• Install and weld structural supports, platforms, stairs, rails, and misc. steel.
• Inspect welds to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment with safety.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
