Job summary

The Middlesex Corporation is seeking a Structural Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects in Florida, traveling between Orlando, Tampa, and Fort Myers. You will manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensure compliance with specifications, and keep work on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, quality control, and site safety, with frequent coordination with Project Managers and Foremen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with Superintendents daily to review project requirements for personnel and equipment.
• Provide guidance for project operations to Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen.
• Schedule and coordinate use of all construction equipment including outside rental equipment.
• Attend weekly construction meetings and toolbox talks.
• Interface with workers to communicate company issues and address grievances as needed.
• Assist with safety programs and site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
