Job summary

The Middlesex Corporation seeks a Structural Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for civil construction projects, ensuring work follows specifications, stays on schedule, and remains within budget. The role requires frequent travel between Orlando, Tampa and Fort Myers to oversee multiple sites.

You will supervise subcontractors, equipment, and material coordination, and support Project Managers and Foremen with planning, safety, and quality control on a variety of infrastructure

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Construction Management a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and overseeing Civil/Structure/Utility Construction Projects.
• Proven supervisory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Review and enforce project schedules, budgets, and safety programs.
• Interface with Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen to resolve field issues.
• Attend construction meetings and site visits to ensure quality and progress.
• Direct and review daily equipment, labor, and material planning.
