Job summary

Equitas Health Pharmacy is seeking a Float Staff Pharmacist to assist the Pharmacy Manager and Director of Pharmacy Services across multiple Ohio locations. This role focuses on maintaining compliance, providing clinical services, and supporting patient recruitment and retention, especially for Equitas Health Medical Center patients.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Ohio licensure, and experience in a similar clinical/pharmacy operations role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Unrestricted Ohio license to practice pharmacy that is in good standing.
• Preferred 3 years of pharmacy experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and social service needs of persons with HIV/AIDS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other computer applications.
• Reliable transportation, driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to patients, providers, community members, other employees and referral sources.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager and staff to co-manage technicians and formulary.
• Coordinate with Equitas Health Medical Center providers to optimize health outcomes.
• Provide clinical services including medication adherence programs and immunizations.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Support marketing of pharmacy services to medical offices and patients within the service area.
• Float between locations within the specified geographic region.
