Smokey Point Smiles Dentistry seeks a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE). This role involves patient preparation, instrument sterilization, radiographs, and assisting during treatments across specialty areas.

You will work closely with the front office and Lead Dental Assistant to ensure smooth schedules and high-quality care. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, plus state-required training; a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED plus state-mandated training certifications.
• Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: As mandated by applicable state.
• Specialty Dental Assistants must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Travel to multiple offices per day may be required, sometimes multiple times daily.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties per the state Dental Auxiliaries Table of Permitted Duties.
• Participate in PPE to keep patients focused on treatment.
• Escort patients to/from front desk and introduce team members.
• Coordinate with front/back office to keep orthodontic schedule running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, cheerful environment.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments per infection control guidelines.
