Job summary

British American Household Staffing is seeking a full-time, Spanish-speaking traveling butler/house manager for a Miami-based family. The role involves frequent travel to the Northeast and internationally, with staff housing provided as needed.

The family’s residences include Miami (Oct–May), summers in the Hamptons, and holidays split between NYC and Cabo. Responsibilities include driving, house management, vendor coordination, and ensuring five-star service across all properties.

Qualifications

• Legal to work in the US.
• Clean and valid driver’s license required.
• Spanish speaking is required.
• Hospitality background is a plus.
• Proactive and able to thrive in chaos.
• Prior experience as a butler or house manager in private high-end homes.
• Extensive travel and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive principals to appointments, errands and airports.
• Manage Miami residence including upkeep and housekeeping coordination.
• Oversee vendor relations and staff (housekeepers, etc.).
• Maintain vehicles and wear-and-tear upkeep across locations.
• Support staff housing and travel logistics for all properties.
• Deliver five-star service, formal dining and wine service.
• Travel research, arrangements and packing for trips.
• Gatekeeper with staff and vendors at other properties.
