A nationally ranked general contractor is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale, ground-up data center and industrial projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for a results-driven construction leader who thrives in fast-paced, schedule-critical environments. You'll serve as the primary site leader responsible for delivering world-class facilities on time, on budget, and with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field execution of large-scale data center builds from mobilization through commissioning
• Drive safety, quality, and scheduling across all trades and self-perform teams
• Lead all site coordination with ownership, A/E teams, and internal project leadership
• Manage site logistics, daily meetings, reporting, and team accountability
• Resolve field conflicts quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Mentor assistant supers and drive high-performance team culture

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction
• Must have completed at least one full hyperscale data center project
• Strong command of MEP systems, commissioning, and high-security protocols
• Experience with fast-track, multi-phase schedules exceeding $100M
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar platforms
• Willing to travel full-time; per diem + accommodations provided
