Jobot is seeking a traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up tilt-wall industrial and food processing projects across the Midwest. You will lead on-site operations, drive safety and schedule adherence, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 8+ years of construction management experience and at least 3 years as a lead superintendent, with strong leadership and travel readiness.

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year
