Role Summary

The Senior Safety Specialist will coordinate and implement the field safety program for routine and complex construction projects. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, identifying and documenting hazardous conditions, writing reports, and performing trend analysis. All activities support JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement the field safety program for construction projects.
  • Conduct safety inspections and audits, identify hazards, and recommend abatement measures.
  • Oversee safety training, including new hire orientation and compliance monitoring.
  • Support safety meetings, committees, and investigations of incidents.
  • Utilize safety management systems to track findings and trends.
