Traveling Senior Living Executive Director (Finance)
Assists directors of CCRCs, retirement communities, or assisted living residences with supervision and management on a temporary, extended, or as-needed basis. May be assigned to a residence during a management vacancy, start-up, acquisition, vacations, leaves of absence, or to support a Regional Vice President with a special project. Functions include supervising, quality assurance, training, regulatory matters, and direct resident care as needed. Conducts operations to uphold and improve customer satisfaction, associate satisfaction, occupancy, culture, and operational effectiveness.
Assists in recruiting and retaining qualified staff and maintaining a positive team atmosphere. May participate in interviewing and hiring processes. Provides assistance in marketing, outreach, resident admissions, assessments, and discharge procedures. May assist with performance reviews and assess staff training needs.
Supports budget management by helping resolve discrepancies and variances. Addresses issues raised by residents and their families. Ensures the residence is clean, well-maintained, and complies with safety standards, including OSHA regulations. Assists healthcare management with service plan reviews, supervises resident chart maintenance, and reviews documentation by care staff.
Manages subordinate supervisors overseeing resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance. Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.

We are seeking an Operations Specialist - Traveling Executive Director for our NE Region to support communities as an interim or support Executive Director. Schedule: 10 days on, 4 days off. This position is 100% travel. Prior senior living experience is required. Ideal candidates are located in the NY/PA area.

Salary range: $93,780 to $119,470. Full-time associates are benefits-eligible; temporary associates are not, but may participate in the 401(k). Veterans, active duty military, and spouses are encouraged to apply. Naturalization fee assistance is available for eligible associates.
