Job summary

Clarvida is hiring an Outpatient Therapist in New Kensington, PA. This full‑time role provides individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, with travel between school sites and clinic locations, aligned with Clarvida’s trauma‑informed care model.

You will maintain timely documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and work within a dedicated team to support clients across sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution.
• Verified clinical practicum or internship completed.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) OR willing to work under non‑licensed rate if license is not held.
• Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within school districts or outpatient settings.
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
• Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements.
• Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school‑based mental health services.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients.
