Clarvida is hiring an Outpatient Therapist in New Kensington, PA to provide individual and family therapy in schools and the outpatient clinic, with timely documentation and travel between sites as required.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $30–$32 per client hour, travel differential, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid holidays, 401(k), and licensure supervision. Licensed clinicians may earn more than the non-licensed scale.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or similar clinical field from an accredited institution.
• Verified clinical practicum or internship completed.
• Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non-licensed rate if license is not held.
• Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within school districts or outpatient clinic.
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
• Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements.

About The Role

Clarvida is hiring an Outpatient Therapist in New Kensington , PA. This full‑time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non‑licensed scale. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligned with Clarvida’s person‑centered, trauma‑informed care model.

• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients
