Alliance Beverage is seeking a Full-time Sales Support person who travels between customer locations to place orders, stock shelves, and assist with events. The role supports the sales team and serves as a pathway to a Sales Representative position.

The position emphasizes flexibility, mobility, and a hands-on approach to learning product knowledge and customer service in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and adequate auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel between customers.
• Ability to obtain the MLCC license required for sales staff.
• Stable work history and reliability are important for training.
• Self-directed work style within a team environment.
• Strong customer service problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bend and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Write orders using company software.
• Merchandise and stock beverages at accounts; maintain displays.
• Create and set up promotional displays with staff.
• Assist sales team at special events.
• Learn product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with General Sales Manager, Team Lead, and reps.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
