Job summary

Alliance Beverage, a Michigan-based beer distributor, seeks a full-time Sales Support team member. You will write orders, merchandise at accounts, build displays, assist at events, and learn products to meet customer demands. You’ll work with the General Sales Manager, Team Lead, and reps to exceed expectations.

This role offers hands-on training with a path to become a Sales Representative. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, with

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and adequate auto insurance are required.
• Reliable transportation to travel between accounts.
• Ability to obtain proper MLCC licensure.
• Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
• Self-directed work style within a team environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move product up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Write orders for accounts using company software.
• Merchandise, rotate, face, and stock products at accounts.
• Create displays and collaborate on setup.
• Assist sales team at special events.
• Develop product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with sales leadership and staff to meet expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
