Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking Safety Interns for our Safety Division on projects around the Atlanta Metropolitan area. This 12‑week internship provides hands-on experience in project engineering and field management, with exposure to multiple career paths and potential for full-time employment after graduation.

Interns will work with on-site safety staff, participate in safety walks, and may relocate with a living allowance.

Qualifications

• Seeking a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• The ability to work a 12-week work schedule is preferred.
• Specific roles may require relocation. If you are willing to relocate you are eligible for a living allowance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in field safety walks
• Assist safety manager with first day safety orientations
• Complete accident and incident reports
• Oversee safety and health of personnel on jobsites
• Coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors and ensure policies are followed

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
