Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee the safety of electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support. The role includes performing safety audits and taking the appropriate actions for any accidents or incidents that occur.

Responsibilities include leading, influencing, and motivating staff on safety procedures; OSHA 10/30 certification is required, OSHA 500 preferred. Includes competitive wages, per diem, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of electrical trades on assigned job sites.
• Perform safety audits and enforce corrective actions.
• Respond to accidents and incidents in a timely and proper manner.
