Job summary

Amteck is hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee the safety of electrical trades on each job site, perform safety audits, and take corrective actions as needed. The role requires extensive OSHA knowledge and experience in electrical safety oversight.

Candidates should hold OSHA 10/30; OSHA 500 is strongly preferred. We offer competitive wages, per diem, comprehensive benefits, and PTO for travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of all electrical trades on each job site and perform safety audits.
• Take appropriate action for accidents and incidents that occur.
