Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee the safety of electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support, conduct safety audits, and respond to accidents or incidents.

Applicants should have extensive OSHA knowledge for construction, experience overseeing electrical trades safety, and the ability to lead and motivate field staff. Current OSHA 10/30 certification is required; OSHA 500 is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of all electrical trades on each job site assigned.
• Perform safety audits and take appropriate action for accidents/incidents.
