TelCom Construction, LLC. in Marion, Iowa is seeking a Traveling Safety Analyst to conduct structured safety data analysis, maintain compliance records, and support reporting tools to improve project safety across field sites.

You will perform site audits, partner with field crews on a proactive safety culture, coordinate data collection, ensure accuracy of safety records, and support audits with thorough documentation. Travel throughout the state is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support.
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platforms.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platforms
• Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks with high accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Offers are contingent on successful completion of background, drug test and DOT physical.

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations
• Occasionally: Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles

The wage range for Traveling Safety Analyst Marion is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 .
